After being promoted to his previous role as Senior Innovative Insurance Specialist, he also showcased his strengths as a teacher and mentor. Much of the work Phil accomplishes now revolves around helping our sales team reach their full potential in the areas of service and industry knowledge. 

 

Born in New Jersey and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania, Phil got his start in the insurance industry focusing on home and auto insurance with Travelers, Nationwide, and Safeco. In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, soccer, hiking, and traveling.

Out of high school, Stephen attended Ohio State University and joined the Ohio Air National Guard to which he gave 32 years of service. After a few years in pharmaceutical sales out of college, he took the opportunity to serve at the US Embassy in Lithuania for 4 years where he met his wife, Ligita. In 2018, he traveled Europe with his new wife and began his career in life insurance with MassMutual Life Insurance Company.

IBC Global is managed by its founder, Steve Parisi, and his sister-in-law, Dara Parisi. They do their best to lead the team by having a personal interest in each individual, offering flexible policies, and maintaining a strong desire to grow the team and company in a healthy, ethical, and honest way.

Steve Parisi began his career in insurance as a Policy Designer in 2011. He quickly realized his passion for the challenge and learning how policyholders could benefit from a properly designed policy. His desire to help people financially through high-cash-value policy design inspired him to grow his own business centered around the needs of his clients and finding the best possible plan for them as individuals. Steve's core personal values of being honest, transparent, ethical, and practical have served as a foundation for his business and employees alike. Even through the pandemic, he led his team to triple in size, managed over 2000 satisfied clients, and created an in-depth training program with hundreds of videos for licensed agents to deepen their knowledge and skills in the industry. 

 

After over a decade in the industry, Steve maintains his passion for policy design, being honest and open in all business dealings, and helping people maximize their cash value in a safe place through digital content and direct consultations! 

 

When he is not working, Steve loves to run, spend time with his wife and two dogs, and will never pass up an opportunity to enjoy a quality steak!

Director of Operations

Dara Parisi oversees the daily operations of IBC Global by managing department processes and company policies, regularly checking in with department heads, serving as an HR representative, assessing team and company productivity and efficiency, tracking performance statistics, assisting Steve as needed, and handling other various administrative duties.  

Case Design

Our Case Design team consists of the analytical minds behind our unique policy designs and presentation. Case Designers were trained by Steve to take the financial specifications of our clients and create the most efficient high-cash-value policies using software specific to the carriers we work with. This process is time-consuming, specific to each possible insured, and puzzle-like. Other team members then take much of the often confusing and overwhelming numbers and organize it into an easy-to-read presentation so clients can review multiple options choosing the one that best works for them.

Case Management is responsible for facilitating the application and underwriting process. They extend invaluable support to our insurance associates and new clients by handling all administrative requirements throughout the process, communicating with clients, keeping client information organized, and fielding information to and from insurance carriers. This part of the insurance process is exceptionally detail-oriented, a serious responsibility, and time-sensitive. At IBC Global, our Case Management team is dedicated to ensuring this process flows as smoothly as possible for our clients.

Client Relations is IBC Global’s newest department and is committed to providing timely and smooth service to our clients who have policies with us. If our clients wish to make adjustments to their policy such as taking a policy loan, updating personal information on their policy, switching their payment frequency, or adjusting payment options, our Client Advocates are standing by to facilitate the process. There is never a shortage of requests, and our Client Relations team works tirelessly to see them fulfilled as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
